Currently, there are no drugs for the specific treatment of hypertensive retinal changes. The main therapy is a systemic disease – disease. Therefore, search ways pharmacological correction changes great interest. aim study: To evaluate possibility injuries with Semax in rat model neuroretinopathy. Materials and methods: was performed by injection N-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) at dose 1.25 mg/100 g mass within 28 days single increase intraocular pressure (IOP) to 110 mmHg 5 min. retinoprotective effect 7.2 μg/100 mass, comparison Picamilon 3 estimated laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF) electroretinography (ERG). Results: use led an perfusion 62.7%, p < 0.05, group model, 9.9%, Picamilon; b/a coefficient 31.4% 14.6%, 0.05 Picamilon. Conclusion: neuroretinoprotective rats may be due presence neuroprotective, neurometabolic, antioxidant endothelioprotective effects Semax. Thus, can promising agent neuroretinopathy treatment.
